We loved this beautiful property! It had breathtaking views from the top floor of the clubhouse bar it was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and the owners were super helpful and welcoming you will love them! The food was great in the restaurant and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious! The pool was beautiful the nicest property in the area! Highly recommended for anyone for a few days. The outside shower was heavenly!

Facing the beachfront, Mambo Paradise offers 4-star accommodation in Matemwe and features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool and garden. Location: it may be different for everyone. It is located in a small fishing village. Step outside Mambo paradise you will immediately find yourself in the middle of the locals and their lives. It is the true Zanzibar. Staffs: very friendly and helpful. Katja, the captain of the hotel, is a star. She arranged everything we requested, big or small and reacted swiftly to any situation (a late taxi, air conditioning issue, etc). Facilities and convenience: we have everything we expected for the region (Africa) and the price we paid. I like the fact that how the hotel is structured: a few steps up from the rooms you reached the beautiful restaurant/lounge/roof top balcony, with nice breeze throughout the day and a heavenly view of the sea; coming out the of room within a few meters you will come out to the pool, then the back door directly to the beach. Water refill on both floors. Activities: with Katja’s magical power, we have experienced amazing Zanzibar-only activities, and everyone of them went so well because of her tips and the guides she arranged.

Located in Pongwe, a few steps from Pongwe Beach, Karibu Beach Resort provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We stayed at the hotel for a week. Very beautiful little hotel. Newly renovated. Spotless clean. Nice and quiet. Staff very attentative and kind. Delicious breakfast. Great cocktails. We got free upgrade the two last days.

Small paradise, the managers want you to feel like are home, they put at our disposals many toys for our 1 year old baby, food is perfect, the pool is amazing and adapted for all ages, the staff is so welcoming and they were all so kind to our kid. The villas are decorated with a lot of taste, the rooftop pool is...magical We felt so welcomed that we almost didn't leave the hotel, everything was perfect, I recommend 100% with family or friends, it is a very intimate place and you will love it for sure!

The One Resort Zanzibar has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in Makunduchi. This 4-star hotel offers a private beach area, a concierge service and free WiFi. the views were breathtaking, the room was beautiful and the meals were delicious. The pool is something else, too bad it rained all day and we couldn’t spend as much time in it.

Facing the beachfront, Imara Beach Resort offers 4-star accommodation in Kiwengwa and has a garden, restaurant and bar. fantastic location only a couple of meters from the tide line. large comfortable rooms, small hotel only 6 rooms and each have there own dedicated beach terrace. very good food, with Italian flavor. Beach is clean and unspoiled, no large hotels and only a few small tourist business.

Located in Jambiani, 700 metres from Paje Beach, Sharazad Oasis Retreat provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Everything about this place was great. The location was perfect. Right on the beach but still private. The rooms were lovely. Loads of room, comfortable and the 2 showers were great. The staff were excellent, so friendly and the service was great. The food in both restaurants was delicious and was great to have a choice. The facilities in the resort were great, the pools, the water sports, the yoga studio. I can't fault this place and would highly recommend for a holiday.

ARYA Boutique Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Kiwengwa. Laura and the staff are extremely friendly, we’ve been pampered soo much during our stay. Cozy little resort full of flowers and plants, quiet place. We would like to thank Laura for taking care of us even tho she wasn’t there during our stay. The food is yummy, it’s freshly prepared every day. Clean villas with hot and cold water. 10/10
