Lovely spacious room looked newly refurbished with modern decor and fabulous bathroom. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant such a cool place and so very French chic. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff deserve a mention for being sooo helpful and friendly

Located between Bordeaux and Biarritz, this charming hotel offers ocean views and is just 328 feet from the sea. The hotel is perfectly located, and the room (Garden Suite) was large and comfortable. There are lots of other areas around the complex to relax. But most of all, the team are incredible… we felt so welcomed by Lu and Matt, and they went out of the their way to help us settle after a long walk in the rain, and gave us great tips on where to eat and drink. Lu made time to chat to us and was more like a lovely bed and breakfast host than a hotel manager. We would recommend this place to anyone and we can’t wait to stay again.

We've got a better room than I booked. We even got a room with a king size bed = 180 cm and it slept wonderful, good mattress. We also enjoyed the restaurant. You really get enough on your plate! We didn't have breakfast but I know from other moments that this is also enough and good!

Firstly our arrival was excellent, well staffed reception and our receptionist responded in English with an English accent, very impressive, she was excellent. Good underground parking, room with balcony and excellent aircon. Location was very good, opposite a leisure lake and park. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. The Hotel is dog friendly and ours was very settled.

We liked the camping site very much. The covered pool was quiet and clean. The villas are well equipped and rooms were nice. The lake was just beside by walking and by car went to the beach in 25 mins! I recommend this camping site!

The facilities were great and the staff was friendly. I choose our bungalow without bathroom by error and they help us and moved to another bungalow more comfortable without extra charge. Amazing staff considering my mistake choosing the bungalow.
