Everything was wonderful about this place but most of all what impressed me was the service that went above and beyond their call of duty! Francois was exceptionally kind and helpful! The hotel staff was super nice, accommodating and helpful. We needed to do a late check in, and that was no problem, we thank you very much!! We had an apartment with kitchenette, everything we needed to cook was there and there was a lot of place for storage (both for clothes and food). They have a lot of information about hiking trails nearby, they have printed out the routes and you can take a paper copy with you, we loved that.
