I went away for a nice quiet trip for my birthday and to escape the chaos of London and that’s what I got. Östersund is a beautiful and quiet place to stay. I will definitely be coming back, I can’t wait to try the Swedish summer. Wayne’s coffee shop was n enjoyable place to stop and have some lunch.

WISH I HAD OF STAYED LONGER.
The breakfast was great (including freshly baked pancakes) - it had a lot of variety in a lovely atmosphere.
The bedroom was really warm and comfortable when we arrived and had all the things one could need, as hairdryer. The check in was super easy despite our arrival after the reception opening hours. The hotel is very well located in one of the main streets of Ostersund. Downstairs you have a nice local pub where you can have a snack or a drink after arriving.
I really recommend Hotel Emma and would stay there again.
Fantastic hotel in an old theater. Location - amazing - located in a city center next to the bus stations, 500 m down the hill to the train station, an old theater felling - amazing. Worth to mention is a smart way of serving the breakfast in the box if you leave earlier - you fill questionnaire a day before with your preferences helping to not waste food you don't need. Comparing to other hotels we visited - a very good internet connection.
The staff were exceptionally helpful especially with a late check in after our flight was delayed by hours. The hotel is in a fantastic central location surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, cafes etc. The breakfast was great. We literally arrived after midnight and departed by 09.00 that morning to continue our journey so there's not much else I can report on the hotel.
Close to the city center. Just 30 min walking distance from the Östersund biathlon arena if you are winter sport fan :)
The lake surrounding Östesund is just 3-5 min walking distance.
QR code based breakfast booking system, great in the COVID times.
Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Evening meal was a bonus.
Location was very good for the city.
Breakfast was very good for a "continental" style.
Tea and coffee facilities were appreciated, not always common in Scandinavia.
Staff went that extra mile to make for a pleasant stay.
Very good alternative when staying overnight when travelling by train, good room, very close to main station and a good breakfast with everything reasonable you can think of. I will use same hotel next time I travel to Östersund.
Very good hotel. Receptionist was great - very welcoming, very helpful and very professional. I would be very pleased if I were her Manager. Food was lovely and a good hotel with good location.
Very nice and stylish hotel with excellent breakfast. My family and I traveled from Trondheim to Stockholm and were very pleased. Next time we will stay here without hesitation
very intuitive self service to check in, good guidance sent in advance. Great room in the middle of the city. Coffee machine in kitchen was especially valuable!
