Having extensive experience in renting various classes of hotels, I can say that this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thanks to our experienced team of professionals (chef Ahesan Mobin Aidana Christine's Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer, Sumith, Zafir) for this. 
Now point by point: 1) Hotel location. The hotel is located in the Marina area. You can walk to the sea in the shadow of skyscrapers, which is very convenient. In the evening you can take a walk along the marina embankment where there are many different cafes and playgrounds. You can also rent a scooter there and have a blast. 2) Cleanliness in the room! 
Trust my experience in hotel rentals around the world. It's very CLEAN 10 out of 10! You will not find any hair on the floor or bed linen. The room is quiet. Great view of the marina, thick doors and good sound insulation. 3) Amenities in the room. We stayed in room 2305 on the 23rd floor. It was a premium room with 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You may also need a washing machine, which is also present in the kitchen. The staff even took care of the washing powder. 4) Breakfasts. There is absolutely everything you could want. The chef is a very friendly person. He will offer you any dish that is not in the buffet. 5) In the evening you can go to the restaurant; children are offered free food from the buffet.
6) Security deposit. Be prepared that a security deposit will be charged upon check-in as a consequence of the good condition of the rooms. The deposit can be made in cash or paid by card. The deposit can be returned to the card within 15 days. We paid 700 dirhams in cash and received it back upon check out. Here we felt at home. Thank you very much! See you again!

    The property location is very good. Near to SZR and have available parking in the basement and also on the street which is free from 10:00 pm till 8:00 am The apartment was very clean, spotless, and everything I needed was there. They even have my favorite tea brand :) The host was very friendly and responsive, never late to reply to my msgs. I like the view the most , overlooking the marina and the comfortable bed.

    The building is new , very clean. Its been a very better experience to stay in wooden capsules in so cheap price with all facilities like washing machine, fridge, free wifi, free breakfast, personal reading light, privacy curtain , cloth hanger, microwave , induction top, 24 hour water , iron desk & what not. Also the location is super close to the metro station. Its like a heaven for people who are on budget travel

    Great hotel in a very good location. Very close to the mall of Dubai and surrounded by good restaurants. Close to DIFC as well. Facilities were ideal for my use with a well equipped gym and very friendly staff. Nothing is cheap in Dubai but relatively speaking this hotel was well priced.

    The location is perfectly situated for all the hot spots for Dubai Marina and JBR The Walk. The accommodation itself has beautiful views of both areas and was very clean and spacious. Mariia was very pleasant and accommodating, we were welcomed with a gift box with some usefully first day snacks and breakfast items which was really appreciated, plus she arranged cleaning services with us in a timely manner in advance every few days to keep the apartment spotless. I would look forward to booking this location again.

    The location is ideal because Al Barsha is somewhat central in Dubai. You can easy reach the beaches and other places with metro or taxi, without spending to much. I would recommend to rent a car it’s easier and cheaper then public transportation

    Location and Value for Money. The location is very much central to all the tourist attractions and accessible via Metro. I actually reached the Hotel from the Airport using just the Metro. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe. The Hotel is very clean and current. The facilities are new and very well kept. Checking in is straightforward and the staff are very helpful and polite. This is ideal for families and solo travelers as well. The rates of the Hotel are very friendly and affordable. I will definitely come back.

    As a budget traveller everything was all right for me. This is an affordable accommodation and offered everything I need. Location is good, a lot of cheap restaurants are in walking distance, also a metro station. Airport is 5-10 mins by car, al Mamzar beach is not far (which is the most beautiful beach in Dubai). Staff are friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel when I come back.
