Location was good for us as we were on our way back from the Alps and stopped for the night. Also the apartment itself was pretty ok (clean), although there are a few beams present that you will bump your head on if you are taller than 1m70.
Located 500 metres from the train station and just 20 km from the airport, the ibis Nuits-St-Georges hotel welcomes you near the city centre.

Excellent location when travelling from north to south and vice versa. Good WiFi and plenty of parking. Very good breakfast and good value for money. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Nice and quiet for a good nights sleep.

Everything was perfect. A lovely spa, fabulous staff, great food and so lucky to get a hottub in our room. Thankyou so much for that, a great finish to a very long day driving.

Spacious room with modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
If you are into wine then this whole area is fabulous.
If you are into wine then this whole area is fabulous. In September the grape harvest is underway and there is a real buzz. Plenty of opportunity for wine tasting and good food. The landscape in Vougeot is classic as it is all over Burgundy.
It was on the wine route so close to all the Burgundy wine Domaine’s. The castle is an old medical style castle so very beautiful and a lot of history but for a 4 star luxury hotel, some of the rooms should have been brought up to 4 star standards. Some rooms (my bathroom) for example had clearly not been revolted since the 80s.
The facilities (tennis, table tennis, the pool) were great and the staff were were nice despite them making a huge mistake for a booking for me.
Amazing hotel, extremely clean, updated rooms, modern shower and comfortable bed. Welcoming staff, the receptionist printed us a list of restaurants in a less than 5km radius around the hotel.
Conveniently located close to Vougeot Castle and wine domains. Charming, peaceful and relaxing environment. Breakfast was great! The best hotel we stayed at, during our trip in Burgundy!
My husband and I loved our stay at the Chateau de Gilly. The Chateau is very beautiful and close to other attractions in Burgundy like the Clos de Vougeot and Maison Moillard. We thought the stay was very well-priced and loved the selection of food for breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended.
The location is excellent for touring the Burgundy wine region.
The staff were so helpful and gracious with providing assistance with reservations and advice. Laetitia and Babtiste went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about the staff.
This is a beautiful collection of buildings, not all in great condition but given the size and age, that is to be expected. The EV charging point was very good, free and a welcome aspect of the hotel. I turned up in the dark and the buildings and entire area are truly stunning.
A beautiful chateau run by beautiful people. We loved the traditional decor, the history, days by the pool and drinks on the terrace. A very magical place. The young man on the terrace bar was exceptional, lovely manner, professional and an asset to the hotel. Thank you.
Nice location in the heart of Burgundy, beautiful landscape and perfect start point for wine routes in the region.
The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel they recommended was very good quality and reasonable prices.
The hotel buildings, pool and grounds are 5 star gorgeous. The renovations done to create this property were left with no detail overlooked. Spectacular. Housekeeping and cleanliness were imoeccable. Landscaping is breathtaking.
The hotel has been completely modernised with contemporary styling in old stone buildings, beautifully renovated
Breakfast was freshly ordered and ready on time for our departure.
Lovely family restaurant right next door.
Such a lovely hotel amongst the vest vineyards in Burgundy. We stayed for one night en route back from a skiing trip and the hotel was recommended to us by a frequent Burgundy visitor. We weren't disappointed!
On a journey to the Var region, we stayed at the hotel in May & we’re very satisfied with the facilities of the hotel, which is why we booked the same location for the return journey to the U.K.
The hotel was very well-situated, with charming staff. The building has character and everything was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, although not remarkable. Communication was good.
