The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and had a nice interior and bar. We really appreciated the kindness of the staff !

Staff were so amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had a late flight so they let us shower in a room before we left for the airport which was such a nice surprise. Location is great and in walking distance to everything.

Located in the heart of the city just 500 metres away from the National Museum, V Hotel Bencoolen features an outdoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant. The Metro station is right below the hotel. Several buses stop within 2 minutes walk. Many restaurants nearby. 7-11 and Fairprice convenience stores next door for all your snacks and beer. Friendly reception. They met our request in advance and put the 2 rooms next to each other. Check-in was very smooth. Doormen were always polite.
